These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Lena Fit mobile application, provided by "J-grupa" SIA (registration number 44103096980, VAT Nr. LV44103096980), legal address: Birzes iela 2A, Cēsis, Cēsu nov., LV-4101.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Lena Fit app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Lena Fit provides digital fitness and nutrition content, including:

• Workout plans and training programs
• Nutrition plans and meal recommendations
• Training videos
• Blog articles and tips
• Progress tracking tools

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must be at least 14 years old to use Lena Fit.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some content requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription details, pricing, and cancellation terms are displayed before purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the Lena Fit app (workouts, videos, articles, images) is the property of "J-grupa" SIA. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

6. Health Disclaimer

Lena Fit provides fitness and nutrition information for general guidance only. This is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You exercise at your own risk. "J-grupa" SIA is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from the use of our content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to access content without proper subscription
• Reverse-engineer or copy the application
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

"J-grupa" SIA provides the service "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
