My story

Lena Fit is Jeļena's approach to training and nutrition, put into an app so it's with you every day.

My name is Jeļena. I'm a certified fitness trainer with years of experience coaching individual and group sessions.

I hold an ITEC Level 3 certificate in nutrition and an Integrative Nutritionist diploma, and I keep studying nutrition.

I have competed many times in WFF fitness and bodybuilding events. In 2021 I won first place in Fitness Bikini and Fitness Model and the absolute world champion title in Fitness Model. In 2023, first place in Fitness Model again, and PRO accreditation.
